EMOM question in At Home Template

Dear Dr. Feigenbaum and Dr. Baraki,

For the interval conditioning in the At Home Template, does EMOM for 12 minutes (alternating 15 squats and mountain climbers for 30s) mean that I have to complete 15 squats and 30s mountain climbers every minute? I did this today and it had me huffing and heaving @RPE 9 even though I was just 6~7 minutes in. At this point, do I stop the circuit altogether or soldier on with fewer reps and time per minute?

Hi Eddie,
You’d do them on alternating minutes: Min 1= 15 squats, Min 2 =30 sec Man Climbers, and repeat until the 12 min cap.

Thank you Leah!!! This was boggling my mind xD I was trying to do both in one minute and ended up with RPE 10 :frowning:
