In the Titan template on day 3 there’s a 1 rep EMOM x 10min for the power snatch, adding weight for every two consecutive makes. My question is: I do one rep at 10:00, 9:00, 8:00, 7:00, etc., but am I supposed to do a rep at 0:00 for a total of 11 reps? Or stop with the rep at 1:00 for a total of 10 reps?

I realize this doesn’t really matter in the scheme of things, but I’m curious which is the intent behind the prescription.
