Question about exercise description on Hypertrophy template

On the Hypertrophy template, every Exercise 3 description says:

  1. 14-16 Reps @8 RPE
  2. 3-5 Reps

What does it mean by 3-5 reps on the second point? It has no suggested rpe written there, just “3-5 reps” what is it telling me to do?
