I’m currently doing the 4 day hypertrophy template that I bought from you guys.
I have a quick question if you don’t mind, about a the rep and rpe scheme of supplemental work (third exercise) of the second half of the program, that I’m not sure I understand correctly.
For example, supplemental work for squat is:
• 11 reps @ 8 RPE (~70%)
• 3 sets
Does this mean that I’m supposed to do 3 sets of 11 reps at 8 rpe; or 1 set of 11 at 8 plus 3 sets of… what? 11 reps as well, still at rpe 8? Change weight if needed to stay at rpe 8?
