Question about resources for caloric information?

I’ve noticed when you google “nutrition info in 100 g cooked chicken breast” different websites will have different information. Some food products have more variability than others.

Do you have a recommendation for a solid resource or set of resources that you generally trust, or is this something that just isn’t that important?

That said, the accuracy isn’t really important provided you use the same resource each time.
