I’m what would be described as fluffy (5’8" 265 lbs). I started lifting with SSLP and then went to the bridge 1.0 and completed my 8th week last week. I would like to drop weight (I already lost about 10 lbs doing the bridge) while keeping strength, so the gpp endurance template seems the most appropriate to run currently. I just want to make sure I am understanding the program, since it looks like there is 2 main lifts for the 3 main lifting days, a gpp type upper body exercise (chin up/row/pull up). I just want to make sure, the gpp days are just what is listed for the conditioning? IE no upper back work or isometric ab work?
