For those that regularly perform RDLs, does your working weight usually mimic your deadlift weight? Say each would be performed for 4 sets of 5. Mine is significantly lower than deadlifts.
It’s totally normal for your RDL to be lighter than your DL.

Don’t be afraid to use straps on these as well. When I last used them I became grip-limited without even realizing it. I put on my straps and suddenly was able to achieve much better bar speed.
