RDL Form

Hi Jordan, I’ve been watching your form check videos on YouTube, and I had a question about RDLs. In your videos you mention the during the descent while squatting, most people should be going faster than what they are doing, and there should be a bounce out of the bottom. Would you recommend the same for RDLs? My goal is hypertrophy.

No, I would not recommend that for an RDL. I think the eccentric should be controlled, but not intentionally slowed. I find when people go too fast, they often lose their back position at the reversal point.
