Recommended Isometric Ab Exercises? & Incine or Close Grip Bench?

What isometric ab exercises do you recommend for GPP days?

In the bridge, you opt for CGBP instead of Incline BP. What is the reasoning behind this decision?

The isometric ab work I like depends on the person, but in general I like planks, tuck holds, L sits, v sits, ab wheel roll outs, etc.

I think that close grip work is useful for bringing up the bench, in general, and it can be layered onto incline bench as well. I think it may have marginally better carry over to the press in that situation.
