Couple of rehab questions but first of all I cannot thank you enough for the resources you provide I learned alot and I was able to self manage alot of training related injuries throughout the years. Ive bought low back/knee rehab but never really needed them but mainly for support. To the questions now :
I recently got sick with a common cold and after couple of days I got random knee pain in both knees but when i warm up its all good is this a normal occurence?
When you sustain an injury to a certain tissue do you have a waiting/resting period before loading the area again for best results. I usually load the area after about 24h and it seems fine. Is it better to wait more say 48h or start loading straight away?
1- I would manage this similar to any of the other issues you’ve handled with our content/recommendations.
2- If what you are doing is working well, I don’t see a reason to strongly recommend any other arbitrary time cutoff. Some injuries may need a bit more time, and some less, so I wouldn’t apply the same rule across the board, but if you can tolerate some movement early on, it is generally fine to do so.
