I’ve had some significant pain in the region of my left scapula for about a month. It feels like one of the rotator cuff muscles is the problem.
Protracting my shoulders forward is painful.
The pain started occuring while i was doing the Bodybuilding 2 (3 day option) template.
Would you recommend the shoulder rehab template for rehabing that kind of issue?

I don’t know that experiencing pain in this region for a month necessarily requires the use of a dedicated rehab template just yet. I suspect that by following the advice in the following two articles closely, you may be able to rehabilitate the issue on your own:
With that said, if after reading the articles and implementing the provided guidance, you are still having trouble making progress, either the rehab template or a consultation with our rehab team would be good next steps.
