Reign Pre workout

Thoughts on regularly drinking reign as a preworkout supplement? Is their ingredient list accurate? (BCAAs, creatine mono, COQ10, “natural” caffeine)

I cannot comment on the accuracy of their labeling other than to see it’s common for supplements to not match their ingredient lists if they don’t have third party verification, e.g. cGMP and Informed Consent (or similar).

There label does not say how much creatine or BCAAs are contained in the drink so it’s likely underdosed.

The caffeine level is fine, though 300mg may or may not be the appropriate dose for an individual.
