I don’t know how to get an answer without posting the rep scheme and maybe that’s not cool since you gotta pay for it?
But my question is about the competition lift rep counts which look to involve some heavier sets and then backing off. It’s not clear how many reps to do after the back off. Does anyone who knows what’s up care to message me and we could discuss over PM? or let me know if it’s cool to just post the rep instructions but not the lifts or schedule to get some clarification?
