Hello,
I have been following the Beginner Template and was in week 3 of the 3rd block when the UK went into a second lockdown.
I switched to the At Home Workout plan and added resistance bands to make it a bit harder.
Now 4 weeks later the gyms will reopen.
What’s the best way to restart the Beginner Template, should I start with block 1 or is that too little volume and start with block 2?
