Hello Jordan and Austin,
I have been planning to run the first 6 weeks of Strength 3 and then going right into the medium ISF 4 day template. I am doing this since I don’t really care for testing my 1-RM that often, and it was my understanding that specialization phases limit long term development in return for short term peaking. Do you see any problem with or am I missing something ?
