Scheduling thoughts? GPP Hypertrophy

I’m on an awful schedule for the next 4 weeks and was wondering what y’all thought of my training plan. I’m working 12 hours on, 28 hours on, 2 days off. Of course the first day off is mostly recovering from being awake for 28 hours. I just finished 12 week strength and did the first week of 3 day hypertrophy last week. I will keep the hypertrophy sets / reps for the lifts below:

28 on
Off - Press, Tng Bench
Off - Comp Squat, RDL, GPP
12 on
28 on
Off - Comp Bench, BB Row Myorep, GPP
Off - Deadlift, Supplemental Bench (CGBP), Squat Myorep

Rinse and repeat four times. The way it’s currently arraigned is basically an upper / lower split.

Looks good to me. What GPP work are you doing? I can see spreading that out 4 days as well

The standard for that program. LISS, chins, abs, LTE, curls.

I finished week 1 of the above. I’ve found I’m still pretty exhausted on the second day off. However, I can still get through everything with 4-5 minute rests.
