I’m coming off the 12 week strength template and looking to do one of the hypertrophy versions. Without giving away the whole program. Is the 3 day really just less volume than the 4 day GPP Hyp program? Any thoughts on this? Thanks!
Yes. It’s pretty much the same as the 3 day with a different pull assistance and an entire extra day of volume – for squat and pressing. The pull volume looks to be the same though, since 3 day already has 2 pull slots (and only one squat slot as a result).
