Serack's list of references

When I’m involved in an internet community, I like building references that I find helpful. I find myself wishing I had a collection of links to various forum posts and articles that generally answer great, popular questions or things I’ve wondered myself in the past, so I’m building this topic to stash links I find helpful and linking it in my sig so that I can find it easily in the future.

This great, thank you.

I’ve been adding to this as I research topics for various reasons.

Since I generated the original post I’ve made the following main edits:

  1. I’ve added a section with forum posts by Jordan and Austin about warmups
  2. I added a link to the writeup I made recently about Myoreps
  3. I added a link to Trusherer’s article on why heavy singles.

New additions:

  1. A couple links to forum posts by the Drs about warmups
  2. Link to forum generated “The Bridge” spreadsheet

I want to add this somehow
