What’s up guys, I believe I have Ehlers-Danos hypermobility type. Never been diagnosed but since I can remember I have always been able to voluntarily dislocate multiple joints such as my shoulders and wrists. My shoulders have never really affected me other than somewhat on the bottom portion of the bench press and some daily activities. (Such as holding something heavy at my side, or lifting something out to my side)
I suppose my question is, is there really any exercises out that are worth anything that could increase “shoulder stability”? I think my body has been pretty adaptive by allowing my traps to sort of take over, but just seeing if it’s worth trying to “fix” or not.
