I have had some very on and off shoulder pain for a while and i just cant seem to figure out what might be causing it.
what i have learnt is that it only occurs the day after training bench when i wake up, but more specifically DB bench is worse. the pain starts off the worst in the morning and gradually reduces untill it is bareley noticable in the evenings. It does not hurt during or after training bench but so far if my shoulders have hurt in the morning i will have always benched the day before and it eases the next day if i dont bench.
Somtimes it can get extremely painful to where an unweighted lat raise is barely doable.
An important note is that i always sleep on my side.
any ideas as to why this is and what i should do about it?
is this due to sleeping or benching? or a mix of both?
