I strained my tricep pretty badly about 6-9 months ago and I’m struggling to recover. I see you don’t have a tricep rehab template on the app, but the shoulder rehab template says that it’s useful for “other associates shoulder strains/sprains.” Any chance I could use this to rehab my tricep or would it not target it appropriately?
The shoulder rehab template would also work well to address a triceps strain. In the exercise selection tabs you’ll see a column labeled ‘shoulder rehab exercises’ and one labeled ‘arm exercises’. My recommendation would be to open up the ‘triceps’ dropdown list under the ‘arm exercises’ column, select 2 movements of your choice (ideally a movement that’s tolerable and you feel effectively targets the problem area), and sub them in place of the ‘shoulder raises’ and ‘internal/external rotation’ categories.
