Sick during bridge 1.0

During week 6 of the Bridge 1.0, I did my Monday workout on Wednesday and that was it. My family got sick and then I got sick. I’m still a little sick, but I’m on the tail end and am hungry to get back after it. Should I go on to week 7 or should I Start week 6 over?

I’ve read on the SS forum to repeat the last full week you completed, and so that’s what I usually do. The important thing is to focus on the RPE and not compare the weight you arrive at to your last session. It’s easy to feel bad about yourself if you’ve lost some progress, but it doesn’t matter in the long run.

Thanks for the advice. That was my inclination as well. I had to skip today because I have pinkeye but I won’t be contagious tomorrow, so I’ll start my week then. Not training has been driving me up the wall.
