Simple question questions regarding "To Be a Beast" article

Hi, in Jordan’s “To Be a Beast” article, he states that the starting macros for a 200 lb whose goal is fat loss should be: 250 grams protein, 200 grams carbs, and 54 grams of fat. This totals to 2286 calories a day. I had a few follow up questions: are these macros supposed to hit every day? 200 g carbs is great, but it seems like a lot on non-lifting day.

I would hit those every day. That’s actually pretty low Calorie-wise.
