Can you foresee any problems with a lifter (non-competitive) using a sinking/heaving motion (like Dan Green) when bench pressing?
I am not asking this question because I want to particularly bench press like Dan, I am just curious as to what your thoughts are.
Dan has commented on this in the past, stating that it allows him to pause whilst treating the bench press like a push press (giving him an initial boost). Kind of like the Feigenbounce in the press, I guess?
