Hello, I’m Roman, and I recently purchased the Beginner Template (and will start it after this pandemic) after about 2 months of SSLP and hearing about the BBM programs. However, I just wanted to ask about the LISS in the program. I have some asthma which can make running (the only form of cardio available to me because I’m planning on building a home gym and can’t afford a rower or stationary bike) quite difficult, but I’m mostly just lazy and really hate running. But I do have an old sled at home and, once I get plates, I’ll be using that thing all the time. Strongman type conditioning seems a lot more appealing to me. So, can I swap out the LISS for some sled pushes and pulls for around the same amount of time or should I just stop being lazy and build some work capacity? Thanks!
If you’d like to do sled work instead of LISS, that’s fine- given that actually doing the conditioning is better than not. It’d be cool if you did some LISS each week too though
