Hi guys, curious what you would do here. I’ve had cumulative 12-14 hours sleep the last 3 nights, and 4 hours for each of the last two nights. If I took today off training to nap instead it’d make for 3 days off which was preceded by 2 days training (12 wk strength template, week 4), and 3 days off before that. Life is complicated at the moment (baby, work)
Hopefully this makes sense enough, I’m not clear of mind. Basically: sleep or train?
