Some training questions for you

My English not first language, I apologise.

I really enjoy the programs have worked my way through strength and now power building. I had some questions please if you are happy to answer?

  1. My waistline at 203lbs is 36 inches. I have been cut weight from 215lbs and 39 inches. I am 183cm, I see you like it under 37, I would like to go to 34 inches, is that reasonable? I will still cut but don’t want to always be cutting for too long as it is hard to gain strength and have meals with family and friend?

  2. I get good conditioning Zone 3/4 around 4-5x a week for around 130-150 minutes. Do you have plans for a special conditioning specialist template in future with less specialist on strength improvement?

  3. What does your own conditioning look like each week as comparison? I try to follow the recommendation but don’t have time for moderate always so do vigor instead!

Welcome to the forum. We’re glad to have you. Looks like your English is plenty good to me :slight_smile: For your questions:

  1. I like men’s waist under 35" for health generally speaking. I think your target is reasonable, but would go about it slowly to reduce any impact on strength. I think programming is far more important to strength gain than weight management, though rapid loss of weight can be pproblematic.

  2. Our endurance and General Strength and Conditioning templates are the most conditioning focused programs we currently offer. We may go further down that route, though no immediate plans for that since it doesn’t really align with our audience or our personal experiences. I would not recommend zone 3/4 cardio at that dose for the most part for someone interested in strength improvement.
