I really enjoy the programs have worked my way through strength and now power building. I had some questions please if you are happy to answer?

My waistline at 203lbs is 36 inches. I have been cut weight from 215lbs and 39 inches. I am 183cm, I see you like it under 37, I would like to go to 34 inches, is that reasonable? I will still cut but don’t want to always be cutting for too long as it is hard to gain strength and have meals with family and friend?

I get good conditioning Zone 3/4 around 4-5x a week for around 130-150 minutes. Do you have plans for a special conditioning specialist template in future with less specialist on strength improvement?

What does your own conditioning look like each week as comparison? I try to follow the recommendation but don’t have time for moderate always so do vigor instead!
