Speed Press - Exercise selection

I’m doing the In General Strength & Conditioning II template, and love it! :slight_smile:

My Speed Press in selection block 2 is Push Jerk and in selection block 1 is it Overhead Press.

Why can I not choose Push Press in selection block 1 for Speed Press ?

For me, it would make sense to choose Push Press in selection block 1 and Push Jerk in selection block 2 for Speed Press. Am I wrong about that?

You can choose any of these variants in either block. Just click the drop-down tab and pick the exercise you want.

I think the order you laid out is rationale, for sure.
