I have developed some right knee tendinopathy in my right knee from what I think was from overuse (rain a half marathon in early may.) I tried to just push through hoping it would “go away,” but I am still experiencing symptoms. I am/was running GS&C 2, week 6. I purchased the Knee Rehab Template to really take control of this situation, but I am afraid the upper body volume is significantly lower than what I am adapted to. Is there any harm in running the same 2 upper body days from GS&C 2 simultaneously with the rehab lower body days of the Knee Template?
