Spraining ankles for the last 4 years

Hi guys,

As the title suggest I’ve been spraining my ankles for the past 4 years. It started during sports such as football (soccer) and I had to stop playing sports because of it. Now I twist my ankles whilst I’m just walking along on slightly uneven floors. I am 6’2" and weigh around 200lbs and lift regularly (3x week) and it doesn’t impact strength training at all. Is this something you’ve come across?
