Squatting until drowning

Hey Doctors, my 1rm Highbar Squat is about 120-130kg(estimation)

atm i just squat everyday to a daily minimal max and go further when i feel like.

(i do no other lower body work)

would u recommand another Routine?
-my goal is to get very strong in the backsquat 5x140 would be cool by end of the year

If you want the docs opinions you should post in the moderated section. If you are just doing 1 single per day 7 days a week that is very low volume and not even particularly specific to your goal of increasing your 5rm, so you should probably change that. That said, how has your progress been with this approach?

I highly suggest running one of the BBM templates. A lot of smart people have put real thought and energy into creating them and they work great.
