Starting again

I’m looking to start again, and would like to do the beginner template, but I am concerned that it will be too much for me to stick to right now.
I was wondering if you had advice on how to gradually build back up to the volume/intensity of the first week of the beginner template, and make a new habit of showing up (would ideally be morning training).

Thanks for the post and kudos to you for wanting to get back into the gym.

If you wanted, you could do only the first movement programmed each training day for the first 2-weeks, then finish with one of the cardio sessions. Then add a 2nd movement for the next 2 weeks, then finally the 3rd movement after that.

As far as making it a habit, I think planning your schedule ahead of time for the week can be helpful, as well as finding a friend to train with. Those would be good places to start, though there are almost an infinite number of strategies here.
