I’m planning to rerun Strength 1 next week. Absolutely loved the first time through. My only apprehension is to do 3-0-3 squats on Day 3. In particular, it’s the concentric tempo that really bothers me. Would it be reasonable to substitute this with a 3-2-0 or 5-3-0 tempo variant?
Another question is, can I add 1 more slot with OHP in first half of the program? A single, and a couple of triples at or below RPE 7, just to maintain some skill with top end strength.
