Strength 1 adding exercise.

Hi BBM Team,

I’ve just finished running the bridge and made really good progress on Pendley Rows 120kg for my @rpe 8 sets.

my question is I’ve just started running strength 1 and want to know if you could advise me on adding the barbell rows into the program?

I was thinking the same progression for them set out in the bridge and adding them to the end of day 2 ?

I feel I have made good progress and think there is still more and don’t want to drop the exercise just yet.

ive been training since I was 20 so 8 years and I’ve run your programs multiply times the bridge, hypertrophy 1, powerbuilding 1 and strength 1.

I can’t add them to my GPP days as I do these at home and only have loadable DB handles.

I wouldn’t add Barbell Rows into strength I given the priority placed on the SQ, BP, and DL for that specific template. That said if you want to row, you can add them wherever you want. I just don’t think there’s anything special about rows for the SQ, BP, or DL.
