Strength 1 vs LFT

I’ve two weeks left in Powerbuilding 1, and was planning/debating on running G S+C before diving into a strength focused program like Strength 1 or one of the LFTs (Low Fatigue Templates). I was curious of your thoughts on how I should proceed - should I forget about the GS+C and just jump to one of the strength templates?

For context I’ve run the At-home, Beginner, Bridge, G S+C, Hypertrophy 1 and now Powerbuilding 1. Would that lineup more steer me towards Strength 1 or one of the LFTs?

Stats include (all e1RM, in pounds): 515 D, 355 S, 256 B. Male, 32 years old, hovering around 194-198 pounds at 6 feet tall. Plan on doing a little cut for beach season, but nothing major, really. Long term goals are simple, just getting jacked and strong as heck.

I’ve never run a dedicated strength program before, and am admittedly a poor judge of RPE at times.

Any input is always greatly appreciated - thanks for all your hard work!

I think strength I would be a better choice at this point to get a feel for this more focused training style. Depending how you get on with Strength I, the LFT program may be a good option after. I’d make that decision based on how you feel after strength I. If you feel relatively fresh, motivated to train, and got good results, I’d consider re-running strength I again before pivoting to a different approach towards the same goal with one of the LFT programs. I’d stick to the 3-day LFT programs at that point for your first run through.
