I’m currently about to start this program after running the bridge.
I only have access to a flat bench and the program uses high incline 45 and low inline 15. I was wondering what you would recommend as I don’t just want to go ahead and do a flat bench alternative and end up with weakness. Would you recommend I do a bench flat bench alternative or something different?
I’d just do press and close grip bench for each, respectively.
Thanks man, also the alternative bar placement squat does this mean switch to high bar/ front/ safety or paused/pin/tempo? And which would you recommend?
Also with me training for a sport (speed skating) would I work in unilateral movement or just focus on the movements given?
It’s just using an alternate bar placement, so front/high bar/low bar, etc. than what you typically use. SSB could work too. Pick whatever one you like.
