Strength I or General S&C Template better prep for Oly Lifting Template

Hi, BBM!

Would the Strength I Template or the General S&C Template be better preparation for running the Olympic Weightlifting Template? I’m on the last week of The Bridge V1.0. My goal is to compete in Olympic weightlifting.

Specs:
27-year-old Male
5’9", 175lbs, 33" waist

Squat: 295lbs x 1 @8
Bench: 235lbs x 1 @8
Deadlift: 145kg x 1 @8
Press: 135lbs x 1 @9

The Bridge V1.0 Results:
The e1RM’s of all my lifts have gone up around 10lbs each over the past seven weeks. These gains are despite me losing over 5lbs bodyweight and working a physical, outdoor job during an especially warm summer. I like to believe that my lifts would have gone up more if conditions had been different. Nevertheless, I’m quite happy to have gained strength period while losing weight and during a time of year when my work is particularly demanding.

I think the General S/C template would likely be better for this application. Great job so far!
