I’m going into week 8 of the Strength III template and I’m looking ahead to the test week. I noticed that on day 2 exercise one and two are prescribed as “none” but the protocol attached is “1 @ opener.” Should that be working up to openers on squat/bench as done in previous templates (in which case “none” is a typo)? Or should it be a complete rest day (in which case “1 @ opener” is a typo)?
