Strength template vs bridge 2.0

Seems like both templates are of similar nature(get you strong) but what are the differences and what are some considerations that might lead you to one over the other with strength being the goal?

I just finished up the 12 week strength program and started the Bridge 2.0 this week. I mainly switched to the Bridge to have a 3 day routine instead of 4 (to spend a little more time with the wife & kiddos). But yeah, they look pretty similar overall. I really liked working up to a single @ 8.0 and backing off for volume, and both programs have that feature. We’ll see how the bridge 2.0 goes…

I thought doing 4-day a week is to reduce each day’s workout when compared to a 3-day a week schedule…? :open_mouth:
