Hi again BBM team,
I’m currently running the bridge 1.0 and Monday will be the start of week 7. I’ve been looking at potential templates to try afterward and I can’t decide between Strength 1 and 12-week strength.
- What is the biggest difference between the two?
- Are they both intended to deliver similar results? I’m in a situation where I can dedicate a lot of time and energy to training so I want to make use of this opportunity.
- Does one favor benching more than the other? The bench press seems to be a lagging lift for me and I don’t really want to squat 4 plates before I bench 2. lol.
