12 Week Strength Template or Bridge?

Hypothetical question: assuming everything was equal and you only had 10 weeks to devote to completely uninterrupted training, which would be preferable/more ideal:

  1. Run the 8-week Bridge and start over for the remaining two weeks or…
  2. Run 10 weeks of the 12-week Strength template?

Any guidance is much appreciated!

How well trained are you right now? If not trained at all, I’d recommend The Bridge. If you’re reasonably well trained, the 12 WS would be a good fit.
