Hello,
Another question in regards to GPP in the Strongman Template. Since nothing is listed I have at least added cardio work (4 20min hiit sessions at the end of each day) to meet the guidelines. But in regards to the other GPP stuff listed in other templates like additional upper back work and 10min isometric ab work (in which I have been doing ab wheel rolls outs still 1/week). Would you find these additional things still necessary to fit in?
