Super Total meet prep

Hey BBM Crew, I have a super total meet coming up at the end of the year and am curious on which template to use or tweak to help achieve those super total goals. I’ve ran powerbuilding 2 twice, and prior to that I did PB1. For the past couple months, I’ve replaced some of the GPP and did some Snatches and cleans to help expose me back to the movements, as i’ve had some experience with the oly lifts before, and am quite good at them. I’ve read that a super total program is in the works too.

Our supertotal template will be out next week, but otherwise, I’d be combining elements from our Strength I or II templates and Oly templates, depending on how many days per week you were training. Something like:

Supplemental Bench

Day 2
Bench
Deadlift
F/S or clean accessory

Day 3
Clean
Bench accessory or Jerk work
Press or bench supplement

Day 4
Deadlift accessory
Bench or Press accessory
Snatch accessory
