Supertotal/ incorporating WL

Good day,
Im currently waiting for the supertotal template to be published and wanted to ask about programming WL into programs. I’ve run power building building II 3-4 times and the bodybuilding templates in between. I’ve recently incorporated WL into gpp days and some at
the end of upper body days in the bodybuilding template.

im looking for an optimal way to incorporate WL into power building II and/or Strength III (which I’ve yet to run). I’ve read the article on incorporating WL as well as seen some sample examples, but was looking for a more concrete way with suggested volumes and RPEs as I’ve never programmed WL before in any meaningful way.

I think that beyond our free content / articles and samples that you’ve found, specific/customized programming (including volumes, RPEs for your individual situation etc.) is something that would be more appropriate for a consultation. We can’t feasibly write out a whole programming template for you here, unfortunately.

This could involve something as simple as a quick form check consult, where you can discuss programming a bit more, or pursuing dedicated coaching – even if short term – to get a sense of how we’d set something like this up. Coach Hassan Mansour tends to do a bit more on the weightlifting side of things, and would be a good resource here.
