I’ve just started phase 2 of the beginner program and based on my exercise selections for day 2, I’ll be doing touch and go bench followed by front squats. My question is for that day, would it be ok to do the front squats first and then the bench press? The reason is because in the past, I’ve had a difficult time getting a solid front rack position after benching due to my arms, chest, and shoulders feeling tighter or “pumped” from the bench press.
