Template Recommendation

I’m on week 7 of the HLM template and I want to start thinking about the next block of training. 44year old male, 6’4" 240lbs with no current ambitions to lift competitively, just want to get stronger. Current lifts are as follows and are all 1 rep @RPE 8/9:

Squat: 375lbs
OHP: 185lbs
Bench: 280lbs
Deadlift: 430lbs

Can I run the HLM again? Is there another template that you would recommend where I can alternate between HLM and the other template for a long period of time?

You could definitely run HLM a second time in a row if you want. Or you could swap to one of the GPP templates for a change of pace and re-run HLM (or one of the other strength templates) after.

What PWard said. Sortof a standing recommendation to break up the pure strength blocks like HLM and 12 week Strength with one of the GPP templates, but nothing wrong with re-running HLM, particularly if results were good the first time around.

As stated above I’d do the hypertrophy and or the strength template. My squat in particular went up about ~70lbs with the strength template.
