I purchased the 12 week strength template and am very much looking forward to starting it. However, I’m planning on competing in the USAPL California State Championships, which are 15 weeks away. Would it be better to wait 2-3 weeks to start the program or to repeat a couple of the weeks?
Depending on what you’re doing now, maybe. If you have good programming in place then that is an option for sure. If your programming isn’t very good right now, then I’d just run the first two weeks now and then start the whole template over again.
