The Baraki BW Method

I heard on one of your podcasts that Dr Baraki manages his nutrition by weighing himself at night and making sure he doesn’t go to bed under a certain weight.

I find this idea interesting and wondered if you might shed more light on what you do. I was thinking maybe it involved something like just being your target weight for the day plus some estimate of the avg wgt of GI contents or something.
