i was wondering what the reasoning is behind programming ascending RPE sets for all the excercises during each training day? Doesn’t that decrease the weight that someone can lift at the last set, is that the point?

Hi Jan and welcome to the forum! When you have increasing RPE in a day, the bar weight will INcrease. Let’s say it 4@7,8 and 9. That could be 100kgx4, 105x4, and 110x4.
