Hello All,
I have some AMRAP assisted Pull-Ups as part of my GPP days on The Bridge
I currently do a Set of 5, rest for 30 Secs, then repeat for a total of 7 mins
Yesterday i was able to complete all my Sets for 5 reps, so i’m wondering if it’s better to now:
- Increase each Set to 6 reps, or
- Stick with Sets of 5, but increase the nett weight/resistance Thanks n advance for your assistance!
